European Union (27 member states) · agriculture · awards
Beneficiaries of Common Agricultural Policy payments, published by each EU member state under CAP transparency rules. Each state runs its own portal with its own schema and language. Critically, states are required to keep the data available for only two years — most remove older records afterwards, so the published record is a rolling window, not an archive.

We build datasets in the order people request them. A request is a vote, and the count is public.

Beneficiaries include individuals, so personal-data treatment must be checked per state before any collection. Catalog listing is metadata only.

Academic teams have harmonised 16M payments by hand for research — an expensive workaround that indicates the structured version does not exist.
